What’s new for you in 2026?
Open Enrollment is just around the corner, and we have some exciting updates to share! Here’s a quick look at what’s new and changing – and how it may affect you.
Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) moving to Fidelity
Fidelity replaces HSA Bank as our new HSA Administrator. Important action is required from you during Open Enrollment!
As you move through the Open Enrollment process in Businessolver, you’ll need to accept Fidelity’s terms to have an account opened. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in the bulk transfer from HSA Bank to Fidelity.
If you don’t act, your balance will remain with HSA Bank, and you’ll need to open a Fidelity account later to receive new contributions.
New with Fidelity! Once you open your Fidelity HSA account, you’ll:
- Have one simple account: Fidelity will now manage all HSAs starting in 2026.
- Receive a new card: Be on the lookout for a new HSA card. New cards will be mailed in December.
- Have more ways to invest: There are over 10,000 investment options plus helpful financial tools.
Receive FREE money: You’ll still get the company HSA contribution automatically; no contribution is required on your part.
HSA contribution limits increasing
Consider increasing your HSA contribution, because rates are increasing in 2026:
- Employee-only coverage: $4,400 (up from $4,300 in 2025).
- Family coverage: $8,750 (up from $8,550 in 2025).
- Catch-up contribution (age 55 and older): An additional $1,000, which remains unchanged.
Life, Long-Term Disability and voluntary benefits with Prudential
In 2026, you can count on:
- Bigger protection: Basic Life and AD&D coverage now up to $1.5 million each.
- Simpler process: Easier evidence of insurability (EOI), real-time updates, and access to one-on-one support.
Open Enrollment is your time to increase your coverage amounts.
